Depending on the community, all of our homes include either custom cabinets or upgraded 36” maple cabinets.

Counters – You’ll never have to worry about scratching, staining or burning your kitchen counters, because most of our communities include granite counter tops in every home. Granite is one of the most durable counter materials available on the market, and it’s also one of the easiest to clean.

Confidential Appointments – Our credit counseling meetings are 100% confidential and none of your information will ever leave the room once you meet with a new home consultant and mortgage specialist. Demand for new homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth market is at a high, with a 50% higher rate of home starts in the 4th quarter of 2012 than the same period last year. According to the Dallas Morning News (http://www.dallasnews.com/business/residential-real-estate/20130107-dallas-fort-worth-area-home-starts-spike-in-response-to-strong-sales.ece), builders started 4,549 homes in DFW, the largest fourth quarter start total in the DFW area in the past 5 years.
